TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Account Access - Membership Access to ExerciseSoftware.com (‘the Website’) will remain current while subscriptions are paid in accordance with the Subscription Agreement. The content of ExerciseSoftware.com is for use of the account holder only. The User accepts responsibility to protect access to their account from other parties.

Distribution & Copyright The User may save, print or distribute PDF (Portable Document Format) copies of any exercise program generated using ExerciseSoftware.com without restriction, including email and posting on websites. The User may not export or distribute any of the content, including but not limited to exercise images, videos or exercise descriptors in any other form other than the PDF files created in ExerciseSoftware.com. The Website and its original (not Shared) content are the property of Lindsell Trust and are protected by international copyright laws. Failure to abide by these laws is a breach of copyright and legal action may be taken to protect the above party and its stakeholders.

Subscription Agreement The User pays a subscription fee monthly or annually in return for ‘Membership’ (access) to the ExerciseSoftware.com website. Membership permits access to the exercise collection and other functionality for the purpose of producing exercise programs. There is no limit the number of exercise programs that can be produced by the User. Subscriptions will continue to be charged by ExerciseSoftware.com until notified otherwise by the User. If subscriptions are not paid, access to the Website will be cancelled. The Management team of ExerciseSoftware.com reserves the right to adjust subscription fees. A variation in fees will be made known to the User 30 days in advance of any change taking affect.

Cancellation of Membership The User may cancel their Membership at anytime. This can be completed on The Website in the ‘My Account’ section or by notifying us in writing. All subscription fees are non refundable. Cancellations will take effect within 2 working days of request being processed. The User can reactivate their Membership at anytime by notifying ExerciseSoftware.com. Missed subscription payments may be payable to retrieve previous information. ExerciseSoftware.com accepts no responsibility for storing The User’s information during periods where Membership is not current.

Intellectual Property Lindsell Trust owns the Intellectual property associated with this website. All exercise programs and exercises added to the system remain the intellectual property of the creator. Exercise programs, exercises and images that are ‘Shared’ on the Website, no longer belong to the creator and are free to be manipulated and used by other Users and the ExerciseSoftware.com editor. The User must ensure all images they Share on ExerciseSoftware.com are free copyright and permission is gained from the model for their use. This is the User’s responsibility, not that of the ExerciseSoftware.com management.

Privacy & Security ExerciseSoftware.com uses a series of security measures to protect the Website and the data it contains. We will not share or distribute any personal or sensitive information unless required to do so be law, or without prior written consent.
